Jasmine Mahoney has a diverse range of work experience in the field of higher education. Jasmine started their career at Roger Williams University, where they worked as a Student, Resident Assistant, Student Admissions Leader, and Writing Tutor from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they held various roles at Rhode Island School of Design, including ACUHO-I Pre-College Resident Director, International Advising & Programming Graduate Intern, and Resident Director, First Year Area. During this time, they supervised Resident Advisors, responded to emergencies, and developed programs to promote community development for students. Jasmine also worked at Stonehill College as an Intercultural Affairs Graduate Intern, where they gained experience in supporting diversity initiatives. Jasmine then joined the University of Rhode Island as a Graduate Hall Director, where they oversaw a residence hall, supervised Resident Assistants, and managed conduct cases. Before their current position at the Rhode Island School of Design as an Associate Director for Residence Education, they worked at Boston College as an Assistant Director for Residential Leadership & Learning and a Resident Director. Jasmine Mahoney completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Legal Studies at Roger Williams University from 2012 to 2015. Jasmine then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies, College Student Personnel at the University of Rhode Island from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of Rhode Island from 2009 to 2011 to study Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.
