Stacey Johnson

Stacey Johnson is an experienced conservation leader, currently serving as the Executive Director of Roger Williams Park Zoo since January 2022. From January 2014 to November 2020, Stacey held various significant roles at San Diego Zoo Global, including Director of Conservation Science Operations and Corporate Director of Conservation & Research, where key achievements included managing important conservation initiatives and representing the organization at major international conferences. Previous positions include President/CEO of The Living Desert and Executive Director of Lehigh Valley Zoo, along with a tenure as Curator of Texas Wild! at Fort Worth Zoo. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Colorado State University and attended Florida Atlantic University for further studies.
