Laura Gormley

Laura Gormley is a Research Analyst at Rhodium Group since May 2023, with previous experience as a Research Assistant at Boston University's Global Development Policy Center and as a Research Intern at Rhodium Group. Laura contributed to the coauthorship of a working paper on China's overseas development investment funds, organized extensive research interviews, and analyzed China's overseas development finance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Global Policy with a focus on Development Policy from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Development Economics and English Literature from McGill University. Additional roles include teaching assistant, research consultant, and digital marketing intern, alongside a leadership position as Co President of the East Asian Studies Students' Association at McGill University.
