Embedded Strategic Intelligence Analyst at Rhombus Power

Eric Gardzina has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Eric began their career at Arapahoe Community Treatment Center in 2012 as a Corrections Technician, responsible for overseeing the facility and residents. In 2013, they joined the US Army as a Human Intelligence Collector/Intelligence Analyst, where they conducted intelligence analysis and briefings on the Lake Chad Basin in Africa.

After leaving the military, Eric worked at Mission Essential as a Counterterrorism Watch Officer and later as a Counterterrorism/Counterintelligence Analyst, supporting counterintelligence and counterterrorism efforts. Eric then joined BlackHorse Solutions in 2019 as a PAI Subject Matter Expert, focusing on open source analysis and supporting special operations in Africa.

In 2020, Eric moved on to Davis Strategic Innovations, Inc, where they served as an Open Source Intelligence Analyst and played a key role in establishing a new OSINT program for USSPACECOM. Currently, they are working at Rhombus Power Inc. as an Embedded Strategic Intelligence Analyst.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in open source analysis, intelligence production, threat analysis, and strategic intelligence. Eric has proven skills in research, assessment, and the development of situational awareness products. Eric is experienced in working with diverse teams and providing support to government organizations and special operations.

Eric Gardzina received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Johnson and Wales University- Denver, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 2009 to 2010, but did not obtain a degree. Before that, they attended Treasure Valley Community College from 2008 to 2009, also without obtaining a degree. In 2007 to 2008, they briefly attended Montana Technological University, again without earning a degree.

In addition to their education, Eric Gardzina has obtained certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid from the International CPR Institute Inc in October 2012.
