Yunus Esencayi

Yunus Esencayi has worked in various roles since 2011. Yunus was the Head of Department for Mathematics at Nigerian Tulip International Colleges from 2011 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo. In 2020 and 2021, they were a Research Scientist Intern at Amazon. Yunus is currently a Data Scientist at Rhombus Power Inc., a position they have held since 2022.

Yunus Esencayi has achieved a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Nile University of Nigeria, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Data Science with Python from DataCamp, Operations Research (1): Models and Applications and Operations Research (2): Optimization Algorithms from Coursera, and a Silver Medalist in International Mathematics Olympiads from the International Mathematical Olympiad.
