Rosie Collins is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Corporate Project Manager for Renewable Energy at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council since November 2018, Rosie has previously held positions including Principal Engineer and Contract Supervisor at Caerphilly County Borough Council, Sub Agent at Dyer & Butler, and Senior Civil Engineer at ThyssenKrupp Uhde Energy & Power.
