Heidi Ross

Heidi Ross has extensive experience in the software and clinical data management fields, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager II at Rho since September 2006. Previous roles at Rho include Senior Application Programmer III, Senior Application Programmer II, Senior Software Test Engineer, and Senior Clinical Data Manager, where responsibilities included supporting developers and end-users, configuring software products, and maintaining procedural documentation for Medidata RAVE and Medrio. Earlier in the career, Heidi worked at FGI Research as a Senior CATI Programmer from March 1995 to August 2006. Heidi Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Market Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1990 and 1994.
