Kaitlin McShea is an experienced project manager currently working at Rho since August 2021, having previously served as an associate project manager. Prior to Rho, Kaitlin held the position of clinical research coordinator at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. from September 2019 to August 2021. Kaitlin's background includes significant research experience at Appalachian State University, where roles included graduate research assistant in both the Exercise Physiology Laboratory and the Cardiovascular Research Laboratory, as well as a research assistant focused on pediatric cardiovascular studies. Additionally, Kaitlin served as an events and education programmer at Appalachian State University and completed an internship in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation at Appalachian Regional Healthcare System. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Exercise Science with a focus on Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, both from Appalachian State University.
