Meghan Defelice

Meghan DeFelice, MPH, is an experienced clinical research professional currently serving as Clinical Team Lead at Rho since August 2024. Prior to this, Meghan was a Project Leader at Parexel and held multiple roles at Lexitas Pharma Services, Inc., including Clinical Study Manager and Associate Study Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a $6M ophthalmology study on neurotrophic keratitis. Meghan's background includes managing clinical sites at Discovery Life Sciences, working as a Clinical Research Associate at Medpace, and coordinating various clinical trials at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With a strong educational foundation including a Master of Public Health from Des Moines University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from West Liberty University, Meghan has built a diverse career in clinical research and public health.
