Meghan Tobin

Meghan Tobin is a project coordinator at RHR International, where she is part of the firm’s Executive Bench® team. In this capacity, she plans and executes all aspects of client engagements, including scheduling, tracking expenses, monitoring timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of client deliverables.

Meghan has worked in project coordination and management for more than a decade, handling the logistics of live and virtual educational programs for two former employers, collecting participant feedback and creating reports, managing relationships with outside vendors, and providing superior customer service. She enjoys helping create a cooperative and supportive team atmosphere with her colleagues and forming friendly and authentic relationships with clients.

Meghan earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
