Andrew Gifford

Andrew Gifford has over 13 years of work experience in human resources. Andrew started their career at Hilton Worldwide in 2008 as a Human Resources Officer and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Human Resources Manager at PPHE Hotel Group. Andrew then joined Splendid Hospitality Group in 2015 as a People Manager and held roles at Hilton London Bankside, Conrad London St James, and The Grand Hotel & Spa, York. Since 2017, Andrew has been working at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, initially as the Head of Human Resources and currently as the Human Resources Director. In this role, they manage the HR department and oversees the hospitality operations at various sites.

Andrew Gifford obtained an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law from the University of Surrey from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice at Croydon College from 2008 to 2009. Andrew'sundergraduate studies were focused on Business Management, earning a BA (hons) degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff between 2002 and 2005.
