Scarlett Rosier

Scarlett Rosier serves as a Lecturer of Website Marketing for the Tarkenton Certificate in Entrepreneurship at the Tarkenton Institute since January 2015, focusing on website design and marketing fundamentals. As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Rhyme & Reason Design, an advertising agency specializing in digital media, Scarlett has been instrumental in generating new business and managing projects since February 2009. Prior experience includes roles as a Promotional Marketing Representative at Fastlane Promotions, an Advertising Account Executive at DENMARK {the agency}, and an Advertising Intern at Defalco Automotive Advertising Agency. Scarlett graduated with a Master’s degree in International Advertising and a B.S. degree in Advertising from the University of Florida.
