Ilian Kostov

Ilian Kostov has over 20 years of work experience. Ilian began their career as a Research and Development Engineer in Digital High Level Design team at Innovative Micro Systems Ltd in 2000. Ilian then moved to Vivastar AG, Zug, Switzerland in 2002 as a Research and Development Engineer. In 2005, Ilian Kostov joined Teletek Electronics JSC as a Senior Software Developer. In 2009, they became Software Lead at SL Technology. In 2011, Ilian Kostov joined Euro Games Technology Ltd. as a Technical Project Manager. In 2017, they joined ScaleFocus as a Software Manager and Rhythm Engineering as Vice President of Engineering. In both roles, they were responsible for product research, architecture planning, project management, coordination, functional and implementation specifications, mentoring of engineering teams, research of traffic market solutions, coordination of remote teams, R&D budget, managing interactions with external suppliers, implementation of continues development and integration procedures, daily reporting and coordination with company CEO and stakeholders, and interviewing and selecting new development team members.

Ilian Kostov has a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Software from Technical University Sofia.
