Max Walker

Max Walker has a diverse work experience in the field of Total Rewards and Compensation. Max began their career as an intern at The Thorndike Company in 2008 and later joined Liberty Mutual Group as an Investment Systems Intern in 2010. Max then moved on to Staples, where they worked as a Compensation Intern before progressing to become a Compensation Analyst and eventually a Senior Compensation Analyst. In 2016, they transitioned to Radford, taking on roles as an Associate, Senior Associate, and Compensation Consultant. In 2019, Max joined Foundation Medicine as a Compensation Manager and later became a Senior Manager of Compensation. In 2021, they joined Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. as a Director of Total Rewards and held the same role at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 2023 to the present.

Max Walker studied Economics at Babson College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
