David Covington

David Covington serves as the CEO and President of RI International since September 2013, overseeing operations across seven states and Auckland, New Zealand, with a focus on crisis, health, recovery/peer supports, and consulting/training, and managing projected revenues of $106 million in 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Vice-President of Clinical & Program Outcomes at Magellan Health Services, where leadership was provided for a significant contract with the Arizona Department of Health Services, and as CEO of Behavioral Health Link, which managed integrated crisis services. Additional positions include Director of Quality Management at APS Healthcare, Director of Utilization Management at Highland Rivers Health, and Senior Pastor at Grace Communion International. David Covington earned an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Science in Community Agency Counseling from The University of Memphis.
