Aires Padar serves as the Head of the Customer Experience department and Head of Customer Service at the Estonian Information System Authority since September 2018. With over a decade of experience in training, Padar also works as a lecturer, trainer, and coach at EBS Executive Education. Previous roles include Head of Customer Service at the State Infocommunication Foundation, Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, and Elisa, where Padar developed customer service strategies and managed teams. Early career experience includes positions at Nordic Skyline OÜ as Managing Director, and at Siemens and Danske Bank in various training roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Psychology from Tallinn University and a degree in Human Resource Development from Estonian Business School, alongside multiple certifications in training and IT service management.
