Mari-Liis Suurpalu

Mari-Liis Suurpalu currently serves as the Head of HR at the Estonian Information System Authority, where a dedicated team focuses on e-governance and cybersecurity. Previous roles include serving as an expert and team leader for EU Twinning Projects aimed at enhancing HR management and civil service reforms in Serbia and Armenia, respectively. Mari-Liis has contributed to the Council of the European Union as a member of the EU Staff Regulations Working Party and held advisory positions at the Estonian Ministry of Finance. Extensive experience also includes leadership roles in marketing and communications at Deloitte, as Secretary General of the Estonian Auditors' Association, and as Head of Business Development at COBALT Legal. Educational qualifications consist of an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, an MBA from the Estonian Business School, and a BA in Public Administration from Tallinn University.
