Janice Carthew has over 16 years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Product and Commercial Executive at Rialto Foods since July 2007. In this role, Janice leads a category team to achieve budget targets through effective management, focusing on turnover, profit, and innovation. Previously, Janice was a Product Developer, where responsibilities included project management and category maintenance. Earlier work experience includes a position as a Trainee Chef at Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate for six months in 2007. Janice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Science from Stellenbosch University and a City and Guild Cheffing Diploma from ICA. Additionally, Janice completed education at Parel Vallei High School.
