Andrew Skudder

Andrew Skudder has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew began their career at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in the Foodstuff Department. There, they played a key role in establishing trade flows between the company and Southern African agricultural and food suppliers.

Afterwards, Skudder joined A.T. Kearney (Pty) Limited as a Manager, where they worked until 2004. In this role, they gained expertise in management consulting.

From 2004 to 2016, Skudder served as the Sustainability Director at Murray & Roberts Limited. Andrew was responsible for the company's sustainability and HSE strategy, as well as leadership and development programs, remuneration and benefits policy, branding and communications, and community development initiatives.
