Brenda Silverman

Brenda Silverman has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Brenda currently serves as the VP of Human Resources for RIB North America, a company that develops and offers digital technologies for the construction industry. Prior to this role, Brenda held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Blue Ridge, where they focused on employee engagement, culture, education, recruiting, and onboarding, as well as benefits and performance management. Brenda also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Pindrop, a security start-up, and as the Chief People Officer/Senior HR Business Partner at Peoplenet a Bullhorn company. Brenda has a strong background in strategic and operational HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Brenda has worked for companies such as Bond International Software, TAPCO Inc., VCG, LLC (later became Bond International Software, Inc.), RadioShack, iFleet.com, and OneStop.com, where they gained expertise in various aspects of HR management.

Brenda Silverman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Brenda obtained this degree from Western Governors University. Additionally, Brenda has pursued further education in Business Administration and Management at Oakland University. Brenda also holds a certification in Project Leadership, which they obtained from LinkedIn in 2021.
