Abitha Ajaykumar

Abitha AjayKumar has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Abitha is currently serving as the Sr Director of Software Engineering at Ribbon Communications since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Software Engineering at CommScope from October 2018 to October 2021. Before CommScope, they held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Motorola Mobility from October 2006 to October 2018.

Abitha's career began in 1995 when they worked as a Software Engineer at Premium Logic Systems. Abitha then joined Philips in 1997 as a Technical Lead, before taking on the role of Senior Design Engineer at Matsushita from 2001 to 2003. Abitha then returned to Philips as a Project Manager from 2003 to 2006.

Throughout their career, Abitha has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills in the software engineering field, and has progressively taken on more senior roles in various companies.

Abitha AjayKumar holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Alagappa University in Alagappa Nagar, Karaikudi. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics (B.Sc Phy) from Bharathidasan University in Tiruchirappalli. In addition to their formal education, Abitha has also completed certifications in 2G and 3G, as well as Bullet Proof Management from Philips.
