Bela Kannara

Bela Kannara has a diverse range of work experience in the telecommunications industry. They began their career as a Systems Engineer trainee at Infosys in 2010. After that, they worked at Indus Towers Limited as an O & M Executive where they conducted data analysis, tower monitoring, and identified operational improvements. In 2013, Bela joined Jio as a Network Planning Engineer, where they spearheaded FTTX network planning, design, implementation, and technical audits. In 2014, they moved to Ericsson as an Implementation Engineer, supervising network integration of LTE/3G sites and facilitating Agile adoption. From 2017 to 2021, Bela worked at AT&T as a Project Management Specialist, leading Service Assurance projects and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project management. Currently, Bela is a Project Manager at Ribbon Communications, leading end-to-end project planning and data management for analytics.

Bela Kannara holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Middlesex University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Bela has pursued various additional certifications throughout their career. Bela obtained the following certifications: "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First," "Learning Jira Software," "Learning Microsoft Project," "Six Sigma: Green Belt," "Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)," and "Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts" from LinkedIn in 2021. Bela also obtained the "PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020.

Furthermore, Bela has obtained industry-specific certifications, including "GIAP" from Ericsson in 2016, "Ericsson Certified Associate - RAN Optimization" and "Radio Network Design Certification" in 2015. Bela also holds the "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in 2021.
