Global Product Support Engineer at Ribbon Communications

Ben Wang's work experience includes positions at various companies in the technology and communication industry. Ben started their career at the Ministry of National Defense as an Information and Communication Officer, where they served from September 2004 to October 2011.

In 2012, they joined Texas Instruments as a Technical Sales & Service Communication Specialist.

From 2014, they worked at Sonus as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for their SONUS SBC product line. Ben'sresponsibilities included setting up and duplicating customer problems in the support lab, updating CRM, and resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.

In 2018, Ben joined Ribbon Communications as a Senior Engineer. In February 2019, they transitioned to the role of Global Product Support Engineer. The duration of their employment in these roles is ongoing.

Ben Wang has studied Computer Science at Teesside University. In addition, they have pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the National Defense University.
