Chamutal Gavish

Chamutal Gavish has extensive experience in program management and process excellence. Chamutal currently holds the position of Senior Program Management & Process Excellence Consultant, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, Chamutal worked at Ribbon Communications where they held several roles. As the Strategic Program Manager and Senior Director, they spearheaded global partnerships for rapid product introduction and market expansion. Additionally, they served as the Head of Program Management, leading a team of 20 senior project managers across different countries and ensuring successful product delivery. Chamutal also held the position of Director of Project Management, overseeing the planning and execution of releases for the division's leading product line.

Before joining Ribbon Communications, Chamutal worked at Amdocs, where they held the role of Director of Program Management. In this position, they developed and executed product strategies, managed complex development projects, and collaborated with various business units and cross-functional teams. Prior to that, they held roles at Amdocs as Delivery & R&D Project Manager, where they led global delivery for a Tier 1 service provider in Europe and implemented data analytics and BI dashboards. Chamutal also served as a Product Manager and Product Design lead, responsible for product management and cross-team collaboration.

Earlier in their career, Chamutal worked as a Consultant at Matan, where they implemented project management tools and developed development methodologies for high-tech companies. Chamutal also had a role as a Senior Developer at IAI.

Chamutal Gavish completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University, studying from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Information Systems and Marketing from the same university, graduating in 2010.
