Erika Aragón

Erika Aragón began their work experience in 2006 as an Asistente de Coordinación de Comunicación Social at H.Ayuntamiento de Cuautitlán Izcalli. Erika then joined World Courier in 2008, where they held the roles of Asistente Técnico y de Aseguramiento de la Calidad and Asistente Administrativo. At World Courier, their responsibilities included managing the quality system, creating and translating manuals and procedures, updating and safeguarding internal documents, and training internal and external personnel. In 2017, Aragón joined Farmacéuticos Maypo as a Responsable de documentación and was later promoted to Supervisor de Validación. Erika'sresponsibilities at Farmacéuticos Maypo involved document management, price updates, and supervision of security and hygiene personnel. Aragón's most recent work experience is as an Order Administration Senior Analyst at Ribbon Communications since 2022.

Erika Aragón studied at Universidad Mexicana, S.C. from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. Erika then continued their education at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Administration.
