Jean Drolet

Jean Drolet has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, spanning over 30 years. Jean began their career at Nortel in 1992, where they held various technical and managerial roles, including Solutions Architect and Market Development Manager. In these positions, they contributed to the development of carrier VoIP products and applications, provided technical support for sales efforts, and consulted on solution strategies. Jean then joined GENBAND in 2010, where they served as Senior Manager, Director Channel Sales, and Senior Manager for Market Development in the APAC region. During their time at GENBAND, they created and presented solutions to telecom service providers and channel partners, drove revenue growth through global partnerships, and identified market requirements. In 2017, Jean joined Ribbon Communications as a Senior Solutions Engineer, specializing in IP and Optical Sales. In this role, they contribute to the evolution of Kandy Business Solutions and develops solutions to overcome cloud deployment challenges.
