John Ripa

John Ripa has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. John started their career at Nortel Networks in 1987 as a Software Designer and held that role for over 23 years until 2010. After leaving Nortel Networks, they joined Genband as a Senior Software Designer in June 2010 and worked there until December 2017. In January 2018, they joined Ribbon Communications as a Senior Software Engineer and is currently employed in that position.

John Ripa earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Carleton University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
