Kalpesh Trivedi

Kalpesh Trivedi has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Kalpesh is currently working as a Senior Technology Specialist at Ribbon Communications since February 2022. Prior to this, Kalpesh worked at ECI Telecom from 2013 to 2022, holding various roles. Kalpesh started as a Customer Support Engineer, responsible for technical support for ECI customers in India and South Africa. Kalpesh then became a Senior Engineer, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and managing critical customer escalations. Their last role at ECI was as a Tier3 TAC, providing technical support for NPT series products and high capacity Apollo & DWDM media. Before ECI, Kalpesh worked at Vodafone as a Transmission Engineer, supporting the Gujarat transmission team and working on various network activities. Their earliest role was as an FM Transmission Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks Consultants, where they worked on fault management transmission and 3G traffic migration projects. Overall, Kalpesh has extensive experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and network planning in the telecommunications industry.

Kalpesh Trivedi completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics at D N J Adarsh High School in Deesa from 1994 to 2006. Kalpesh then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree at C U Shah Engineering College from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Kalpesh Trivedi obtained certifications from Cisco, including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in December 2021 and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) in June 2018.
