Pradeep Dwivedi

Pradeep Dwivedi has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Pradeep started their career at Essence Cellcom Networks in 2015 as a Network Engineer, where they primarily focused on the configuration and commissioning of SDH and 4G equipment.

In 2016, Pradeep joined ECI Telecom, initially working as a Network Engineer. In this role, they had responsibilities such as managing NMS, coordinating with the NOC team, and assisting the field team in establishing network rings. Pradeep also handled tasks related to tunnel and service creation, stability, and migration projects.

At ECI Telecom, Pradeep later transitioned to the position of NOC Engineer, specializing in NOC/TAC Support for the India region. Pradeep continued to work on various aspects of Ribbon analytics, including server readiness, VM installation, cluster expansion, and data import for enrichment. Pradeep also contributed to the migration and expansion of HPE blade servers to Dell servers.

Currently, Pradeep is working at Ribbon Communications as a Senior Deployment Engineer. Pradeep'sresponsibilities include integrating new SGW and MME for VoLTE and working with different protocol/interfaces such as S1MME and Diameter. Pradeep is also involved in server and cluster installations, readiness, and upgrades for Ribbon analytics.

Throughout their career, Pradeep has consistently demonstrated their technical expertise and ability to handle complex projects in the telecommunications field.

Pradeep Dwivedi studied at the School of Excellence Rewa from 2006 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in the field of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering.
