Roman Baul has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and architecture. Roman currently works at Ribbon Communications as a Software Architect and Senior Full Stack Developer for the SDN Group. In this role, they are responsible for designing major aspects of the microservices architecture of an application, providing technical leadership to the development team, and conducting design and code reviews.

Prior to their current position, Roman worked at ECI Telecom where they held multiple roles. Roman was a Full Stack Developer for the Cyber/NFV Group, where they designed and developed a Network Functions Virtualization Orchestrator (NFVO) microservices architecture. Roman also developed and maintained a microservices architecture system using Spring Frameworks and was involved in designing and developing Full-Stack Web applications from scratch.

Roman also worked as a Java Automation Developer for the Apollo Group at ECI Telecom, where they were responsible for developing full-stack applications with Spring and Vaadin frameworks, designing Swing GUI applications with mxGraph, and developing automation infrastructures for test equipment and REST web services. Additionally, they developed a Page Object Model Framework using Selenium WebDriver and Java for automation purposes.

Furthermore, Roman worked as a V&V Engineer for the Access Group at ECI Telecom, where they contributed to the verification and validation processes of projects.

Overall, Roman Baul has gained experience in software architecture, full-stack development, microservices architecture, automation development, and verification and validation engineering throughout their career.

Roman Baul attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2008 to 2012. Roman obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Computers Engineering during this period.
