Sarmad Stefhan

Sarmad Stefhan has a strong background in technical support and network engineering. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Network Technician for DTS Technical Inc. for two years, gaining experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues. In 2019, they transitioned to WaveStar Networks Inc. where they took on the role of a Technical Team Lead, demonstrating their leadership abilities and expertise in managing a team. Currently, since 2022, Sarmad is employed at Ribbon Communications as a Field Support Engineering Technical Specialist, utilizing their technical knowledge to provide specialized support to customers.

Sarmad Stefhan obtained a diploma in Computer Systems Technician from George Brown College, where they studied from 2014 to 2020. In addition, they achieved certification in A+ from CompTIA in October 2016.
