Vandana Sharma

Vandana Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Vandana is currently working as a Recruiting Sr. Analyst at Ribbon Communications since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Staff at Altran from April 2016 to February 2022. At Altran, they worked on various engineering and R&D projects, partnering with clients to drive innovation and transformation. Vandana also worked as a Senior Consultant at Altran, which is now known as Capgemini Engineering, during the same period.

Before joining Altran, Vandana worked as a Recruitment Consultant at PACE Global HR consulting Services from September 2013 to March 2016, where they managed client interactions, handled requirement management, conducted salary negotiations, and facilitated joining and exit formalities. Vandana also gained experience in HR recruitment as an HR-Recruitment professional at IT Village Software Pvt.Ltd. from September 2012 to April 2013.

Prior to that, Vandana held the position of Sr.HR IT Recruitment at Paradigm Recruitment solutions Pvt. Ltd from August 2010 to August 2012.

Throughout their career, Vandana has demonstrated a strong focus on recruitment, client management, and HR processes.

Vandana Sharma began their education at St. Andrew's School, where they completed their SSLC degree in PUC from 2000 to 2002. Vandana then attended TMBU University from 2002 to 2005, earning a BCA degree with a focus on Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics. Following this, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Rajasthan Technical University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009.
