Sadak Leite has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in public and private works as well as property development. Currently serving as Vice President at Ribeiro Caram since January 2006, Sadak Leite is responsible for setting strategic goals, coordinating the executive team, fostering commercial relationships, and driving team growth. Previous roles include Superintendent Director and Operations Director, where responsibilities included managing contracts, procurement, and technical support. Early career experience includes positions as Works Coordinator and Production Engineer at Gafisa, where foundational skills in quality control and project planning were developed. Sadak Leite holds an MBA in Real Estate from the University of São Paulo and a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FAAP, along with a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
