Paola Buitelaar

Paola Buitelaar serves as a core team member at Vliegende Brigade Ervaringsdeskundigheid since August 2020, focusing on integrating experiential knowledge into community support. With extensive experience at RIBW Brabant since January 2013, Paola holds the role of Senior Ervaringsdeskundig Ontwikkelaar Beleid en Innovatie, leading projects like Het Kiemuur and Maatschappelijk Steunsysteem. Additional contributions include training in recovery-supportive practices and acting as a guest lecturer at Howie the Harp. As an ambassador for Samen Sterk zonder Stigma, Paola actively addresses mental health stigma.
