Sunny Zhang

Sunny Zhang has extensive experience in leadership recruitment and program coordination, currently serving as Principal at Rich Talent Group since June 2019, where the focus is on enhancing diversity within leadership teams for innovative companies. Prior roles include Associate and Senior Associate at Rich Talent Group, as well as an Associate position at Isaacson, Miller, a firm dedicated to transformative leadership recruitment for mission-driven organizations. Additional experience includes serving as Programs and Operations Coordinator at Envision Education and a Global Impact Fellow at Emzingo, where Sunny Zhang contributed to developing healthcare training programs in South Africa. Sunny Zhang holds an AB in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University and graduated from High Technology High School.
