Juan de Leon Belloc, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Head of HR and Compliance at Richard & Rice Construction Company Inc., where expertise in streamlining processes enhances employee experiences and drives compliance. Previously, Juan held roles such as Technical Recruiter at Google, focusing on sourcing diverse software engineers, and Senior Recruiter at GardaWorld, effectively attracting talent within the security industry. As Healthcare Recruitment and Onboarding Manager at G4S, Juan led a team to hire security professionals amidst pandemic challenges and pioneered the video interview process in recruitment. Early experiences include a Promotion and Advertising internship at CNN en Español and roles in real estate and parts management.
