George Berger

George Berger is an experienced CNC programmer and engineer with a diverse background in manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as a Gibbs CAM CNC Programmer at Richards Industrials since November 2023, George collaborates with machinists to develop efficient toolpaths and G code programs for industrial fluid valve components. Prior roles include 2nd Shift Supervisor and Mastercam CNC Programmer at Machintek Corp, where George managed a team and created programming for large part CNC machining. Additionally, George has held positions as a Process Engineer at Ahresty Wilmington Corporation, Manufacturing Engineer/Quality Engineer at McSwain Manufacturing, and has garnered significant experience in CNC programming and machine operation across various other organizations. George holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Administration, an Associate of Science in Computer Aided Design, and an Associate Degree in Business Management from University of Cincinnati-Clermont College.
