Dean Liesenfelt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the culinary and sales industries. Currently a Car Salesperson at Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram since November 2021, Dean transitioned from a successful career in event coordination at The Catering Co., where responsibilities included quality control and onsite execution of high-end events. Prior to that, Dean managed a cooking school at Central Market, significantly increasing attendance and profitability. As an Executive Chef at LaVeccia’s Seafood Grille, Dean contributed to the establishment earning a Mobil 5 Star Award, and at Southend Brewery and Smokehouse, Dean implemented cost-saving programs that maintained food and labor expenses below industry standards. Early training included positions such as Sous Chef and Saucier at prestigious establishments like The Mansion on Turtle Creek, where Dean worked under notable chefs. Dean's education includes attendance at the University of North Texas.
