Karen Medina

Karen Medina has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Karen currently serves as the Director of Operations at RICHES & SAINT since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Westcliff University as a Project Manager, handling responsibilities such as project management, content management, and copywriting. Karen also worked as a Professional Marketing Freelancer during the same period.

In 2019, Karen Medina founded and managed Kaje Boutique, an online clothing boutique, where they oversaw various aspects of the business including creating business plans, managing finances, leading a team, and developing marketing strategies.

Before that, they worked as an Events and Training Coordinator at The HydraFacial Company, where they handled logistics for events and implemented a new system for feedback analysis. Karen also held the role of Marketing Coordinator at Westcliff University, Digital Marketing Specialist at Amazing Cakes Anaheim, Sales and Marketing Intern at Long Beach 908 Magazine, and Social Media Coordinator at both Tinsel & Bow and Physical Therapy at The Beach.

Karen Medina earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Long Beach. Karen attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Before attending the university, they obtained their High School Diploma from Orange High School, where they completed their general education from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Karen Medina received a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in July 2022.
