Vickie Coffey possesses extensive experience in the field of nutrition and training within educational and professional environments. Currently serving as the SNA Lead to Succeed Trainer at the School Nutrition Association since April 2022, Vickie has been an Instructor at the Institute of Child Nutrition since July 2016. Additionally, Vickie has fulfilled the role of ServSafe Instructor and Proctor for the National Restaurant Association since August 2007. Vickie's commitment to nutrition services is also demonstrated through a long-standing position at Richland-Bean Blossom Community School Corporation, where Vickie has contributed to Nutrition Services and Healthy Schools since July 2001.
