Kristian Morgan is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Richland Country Club since April 2021, Kristian previously co-owned both Pork Belly Hospitality and Pork Belly Restaurant Group from 2017 to 2021. Kristian's expertise also includes a tenure as Executive Chef/F&B Director at The Fontanel, where responsibilities encompassed culinary leadership and management. Prior experience includes roles as Chef/Instructor at The Art Institute of Tennessee-Nashville, Executive Chef at Sodexo North America, FOH/BOH Manager at Longhorn Steakhouse, and Banquet/Sous Chef at Richland Country Club. Kristian began culinary training at Johnson & Wales University, earning an A.A.S. degree in Culinary Arts.
