Andrew Burt

Andrew Burt has extensive experience in education and leadership, currently serving as a Principal Intern and Teacher at Richland School District 400 since September 2015. Responsibilities include creating unit scopes and individualized lesson plans for diverse student groups, including English and Spanish speakers, along with supporting students with IEPs and 504s. Additionally, Andrew Burt facilitated weekly groups to enhance curricular understanding and study skills. Prior military service in the Washington Army National Guard as a Motor Transport Operator involved training new personnel and maintaining transportation equipment. Andrew Burt holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Washington State University Tri-Cities, a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University, and is pursuing a Certification in Educational Leadership and Administration at Heritage University.
