Vivian Payne

Vivian Payne is an Emergency Medical Technician at Richmond Ambulance Authority since July 2022, certified as an attendant in charge and emergency vehicle operator in a major 911 system. Currently serving as President and previously Vice President of Recruitment for the Omega chapter of Phi Sigma Rho National Sorority, Vivian has organized recruitment events for the 2023-2024 academic year. As a Unified Greek Council Delegate, Vivian manages communications between Virginia Commonwealth University’s Fraternity and Sorority Life and the chapter. Additionally, Vivian holds multiple roles at Virginia Commonwealth University, including Secretary and Treasurer of the Unified Greek Council. Engaging in undergraduate research, Vivian focuses on engineering protein binding characteristics to enhance quantum dot quality. Prior experience includes a role as a Barista at Starbucks, where recognition was received for efficiency and quality of work. Vivian is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Biochemistry at Virginia Commonwealth University, expected to graduate in 2026.
