Denise McDonald

Denise McDonald has extensive experience in community services and residential management, currently serving as Resident Manager at Richmond Community Services since September 2016, where Denise has created recreational and community integration opportunities while providing residential habilitation services, mentoring, and advocacy. In addition to this role, Denise has been the Center Director at Kidz Korner New Rochelle and has held the position of Residence Manager at Cardinal McCloskey Services since March 2011. Responsibilities include supervising direct care staff, monitoring consumer care, and ensuring compliance with client rights. Denise also has experience as an Enhanced Support Professional and Enhanced Direct Support Professional, assisting individuals with disabilities to establish routines and improve daily living skills. Denise holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from The College of New Rochelle.
