Paca Lipovac

Stanojka (Paca Lipovac) MD, MPT, CWS has been the CEO of Richmond since 2014. Prior to this position she held the position as the Vice President of Clinical and Supportive Services. In her role Paca doesn’t just provide direction for Richmond’s management team but also provides advocacy for, and represents the interest of, people with developmental disability.

Paca holds an MD degree from the University of Belgade, a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California and a Certificate in Executive Nonprofit Management from Columbia University Business School. She is also a Certified Wound Specialist and is a Diplomat of The American Academy for Wound Management.
