Earlier roles include General Manager of Commercial & Marketing at Prodrive (Ford Performance Racing) from January 2004 to October 2007, contributing to its success in automotive consulting and motorsports, and Business Manager at Optus from 2000 to 2004, focusing on consumer mobile data services. Simon holds a Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Management and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
