Currently, Marcus holds the title of Business Development and Operations at Richmond International, a distinguished hospitality interior design practice. Prior to this, Marcus founded and directed D4D Designers 4 Designers Recruitment Ltd, focusing on interior design recruitment in London. Marcus has also held positions in event consulting, interior design recruitment, and senior interior design roles at various companies throughout their career.
