Conner Cappelletti

Conner Cappelletti is a seasoned soccer coach with extensive experience across various levels of the sport. Currently serving as the USL Academy U20 Head Coach and Assistant Coach at Richmond Kickers Soccer Club since February 2023, Conner's background includes roles as Assistant Women's Soccer Coach and Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Willamette University, as well as an Assistant Coach at Lane United FC. Notably, Conner has held positions such as Head Coach for CUP Boys and Assistant Coach for MLS Next at Cincinnati United Premier, and has represented the Guam Men's National Team with three caps in international competition. Additional coaching experience encompasses tenures as Head Coach at Lane United FC, Lane Community College, and Eugene Timbers Futbol Club, along with serving as an instructor for the Oregon Youth Soccer Association. Conner holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Valparaiso University.
