Lucas Paulini

Lucas Paulini has extensive experience in soccer coaching and management, currently serving as the Men's Soccer Assistant Coach at Houston Baptist University since August 2017. Additionally, Lucas has been a Youth Soccer Coach with Richmond Kickers Soccer Club since February 2016 and previously held roles as a Professional Soccer Player with the Richmond Kickers and Atlanta Silverbacks. Earlier, Lucas managed soccer operations as the Men's Soccer Director of Operations at Virginia Commonwealth University from July 2015 to July 2017 and coached at UFA - Norcross from 2013 to May 2015. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tusculum University and a professional coaching degree from Campus Virtual ATFA.
