Director Of Community Engagement, X112 at Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity

Whitney Guthrie's work experience includes serving as the Director of Community Engagement for Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity since 2012. In this role, Guthrie is a key member of the senior leadership team, leading the organization's strategic planning initiative and managing the budget and operations of the Community Engagement Department.

Prior to their current position, Guthrie worked as the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator for United Way of York County, ME from 2010 to 2012. In this role, they managed various projects and programs, including developing and organizing a weatherization program for low-income and disabled homeowners.

Guthrie also has experience as an AmeriCorps NCCC Member with AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps in 2009 and as a Product Service Associate at Lowes Home Improvement from 2007 to 2008.

Whitney Guthrie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Media Studies from Radford University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Prior to their university education, they earned a high school diploma from Manchester High School from 1999 to 2003.
